About Us
Our Story
Back in 2020 we were looking for a new challenge. The pandemic was still in full swing with no prospect of letting up, and we were not sure where to start. When the opportunity came up to take over a small kiosk opposite Witham train station we jumped at the chance. It was a pretty bold move for one from the corporate world and the other construction, but we've always been a bit mad! We decided quickly that we wanted to focus more on evening takeaways, and before we knew it we were implementing time slots which were often full by lunchtime! As Blue's grew we sadly had to say goodbye to the little kiosk where it all started. Fast forward to now & we have a fully fitted commercial kitchen in Witham, with a fantastic customer base to which some have become friends. The move allowed us to push out more takeaway orders & finally start our catering journey too.
When we started Blue's we knew one thing, no sub-standard products. We have kept that philosophy and will continue to do so. We pride ourselves on our fresh ingredients and our made to order menu.

When we created our menu we based it on the types of food we like to indulge in! Would you believe us if we told you we still enjoy it now?! Our selection is broad and we are confident that you'll struggle to find something NOT to love! Build your own burger, succulent wings, loaded fries & decadent desserts. All orders are made to order - your order does not start until it's time!
